Inspectsnap Inc. (“Inspectsnap,”
“we,” “our,” or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains
how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use
the Inspectsnap mobile application (the
“App”) designed for licensed home-inspection
professionals conducting 4-Point, Wind Mitigation, and Roof Inspections
in the State of Florida.
By accessing or using the App, you consent to the practices described
below. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the App.

3. How We Share Information
We never sell personal information. We share or
disclose only as follows:

Service Providers – cloud hosting (e.g., AWS or
GCP), payment processors (e.g., Stripe), analytics, customer-support
platforms, email/SMS providers. All are bound by confidentiality and
data-processing agreements.

Third-Party Integrations You Enable – e.g.,
exporting reports to your own CRM or cloud drive; such sharing
occurs only after your explicit action.

Compliance & Safety – to comply with subpoenas,
court orders, or other legal process; to enforce our Terms of
Service; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Inspectsnap,
users, or the public.

Business Transfers – in connection with a merger,
acquisition, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets,
provided the successor entity continues to honor this Policy.
4. Data Storage & Security
- Data are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+).

Critical fields (passwords, tokens) are hashed or encrypted at rest
(AES-256).

Role-based access controls restrict employee access to inspection
data.

Routine vulnerability scans, least-privilege IAM policies, and
annual penetration testing help protect the platform.
Despite these safeguards, no method of transmission or storage is 100
% secure. Please protect your device with a passcode and keep your
login credentials confidential.

6. Your Privacy Choices

information from the App’s “Account” settings.

Deletion – Request permanent deletion of your
account and associated data via in-app chat or
privacy@inspectsnap.io.
Some records (e.g., tax invoices) may be retained where legally
required.

Opt-out of Marketing – Unsubscribe links are
included in every promotional email. You may also toggle “Marketing
Emails” off in settings.

Do-Not-Track – The App does not respond to
browser-based DNT signals; mobile app tracking can be limited
through your device settings.
If you are a Florida resident, you may submit a verified request under
FIPA for access, correction, or deletion of personal information by
emailing
privacy@inspectsnap.io. We
will respond within 30 days.
7. International Transfers
Inspectsnap’s servers are located in the United States. If you access
the App from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer, storage,
and processing of your information in the U.S. and any other country
where our service providers operate.
8. Third-Party Links & Services
Our App may contain links to external websites or integrations managed
by third parties (e.g., cloud-storage providers). We do not control
their privacy practices. Review those policies before engaging.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be
announced via in-app notification or email at least 30 days before
they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes
acceptance.

A Note to Homeowners & Occupants
Inspectsnap processes your personal information solely on behalf of
the licensed inspectors who use our App. Any questions about an
inspection report should be directed to your inspector. If an
inspector submits a data-deletion request on your behalf, we will
honor it in accordance with Section 5.
